Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH THE LOGIN INFORMATION?

A: Some of the email providers (like Yahoo, Hotmail) put messages received from email addresses which aren't in your contact list in the "Bulk / Junk E-Mail" folders, so please look into these folders for the emails and to make sure that the messages end up in the right folder "Inbox" please add manager@theoopsbank.com to your contacts list.

Q: WHY WAS MY VIDEO REJECTED?

A: Your video did not comply with our content rules. Please read the content rules. If you need a full explanation of what was wrong with your video, please contact us and we will give you some tips on how to correct things.

Q: WHY DID I ONLY GET 2, 3 OR 4 MEMBERSHIP DAYS INSTEAD OF 5?

A: Your video needs to contain at least 5 minutes of OOPS scenes in order to get 5 membership days. Videos that are 4 minutes long get 4 membership days, that are 3 minutes long get 3 membership days and videos under 3 minute get 2 membership days.

Q: WHAT MEDIA PLAYERS DO I NEED TO PLAY YOUR VIDEOS?

A: There are several free videos players you can use. We recommend VLC Player or MPlayer. For more info on players and where to download them - media players .

Q: ARE THE VIDEOS ENCUMBERED WITH DRM CONTROLS THAT WILL EXPIRE THE MEDIA OR PREVENT ME FROM TRANSPORTING THE VIDEOS TO MY OTHER COMPUTERS OR DEVICES?

A: No -- all videos are "DRM free"...which means you can play them forever and move the files to your other devices. You are free to copy our files to your other devices but re-posting of the videos to other websites is not allowed.

Q: DO YOU ALTER OR DEGRADE THE QUALITY OF THE UPLOADED VIDEOS, AS YOUTUBE AND OTHER VIDEO SHARING SITES DO?

A: No -- all videos are uploaded as per their original file format, frame rate and bit rate. We preserve your videos at your original quality -- we do not degrade them.

Q: WHAT SOFTWARES DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR CREATING AND EDITING CLIPS?

A: You can use VirtualDub VirtualDub at Sourceforge.net and there is a filter called VirtualDub Logoaway VirtualDub Logoaway filher for removing watermarks. Usage: Open the File: File > Open Video File Set Compression: Video > Compression (set the parameters) Add Filter: Video > Filters > Add > Choose logoaway (Set parameters on solid fill then go back to XY to make it transparent) Save > File > Save as avi. and there it is, no watermark anymore.

Q: HOW DO I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

A: To close your account please contact The Bank Manager with your request. Please note: you will have to confirm your request using the same email address as the one used on registration.

Q: MY DOWNLOAD SPEED IS SLOW - HOW CAN I INCREASE MY SPEED?

A: You may try to run a TCP optimizer program to tweak your computer settings. You can find those free programs at SpeedGuide.net.
